AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Ellis Auto Service in Richmond, VA is in immediate need for an AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE TECHNICIAN to perform maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on all makes and models.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

-Education: High School or equivalent

-5+ Years of repair and maintenance experience

-Valid VA driver’s license

-Must have own tools

-APPLICANTS MUST BE team oriented, focused on maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, have the drive and ability to turn 30-40 hours per week and follow checklists to ensure all critical parts of the vehicle are examined (before and after work completed).

-MECHANICALLY CAPABLE of diagnosing and repairing any/all types of vehicles, excel at diagnostics and drive-ability problems, working knowledge of shop equipment.

PREFERENCES:

ASE Certifications
Virginia State Inspector License

BENEFITS:

Paid holidays immediately

5 days paid vacation after 60 days of employment

401K after 1 year of employment

Health and Dental Insurance available after 60 days of employment

Accidental insurance available upon open enrollment

Pay based on experience, production and certifications.

Position is Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
