To all of our customers—whether you’ve been with us for years, recently found us, or were part of our story along the way—a HUGE THANK YOU!!

We just finished the biggest month EVER under my ownership. Fifteen years, if you can believe it! That milestone means a lot, and I appreciate the trust, patience, and support that helped us get here.

So much has changed since I purchased the shop. Over the last year especially, we’ve made improvements to serve you more efficiently, strengthen our team, and keep building a shop you can count on. And we still have more in mind.

Here are five things I’m particularly proud of:

5-Delta V now has a full 5-star rating on Google! After several years at 4.9, that’s a milestone we’re excited about. Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to share their experience.

4-We now have FOUR production technicians! That gives us more capacity and flexibility to take care of our longtime customers and welcome the new customers finding us.

3-We have THREE Virginia State Inspectors! More inspection coverage helps us keep things moving and get you back on the road.

2-We have two service advisors I’m proud to stand behind. Honest, straightforward people who help you understand what we find, what needs attention now, and what can be planned for later. Their goal is to help you make informed, cost-effective decisions about your vehicle for the long term.

1-NO ONE ELSE has INDIGO!! 😂 I know I don’t post personally here very often, and when I do, she usually finds her way into it. But let’s face it—she’s so damn perfect. Tenacious when she needs to be, relaxed when she can be, and always happy to welcome a friend. She fits right in with this crew.

I’m proud of how far we’ve come, proud of the people here, and grateful that you continue to choose us.
