I'm sure that I'm a voice of many people who are on the same level as me when saying this. Myself, being a small professional business owner and operator, I'm always unsatisfied and now just disgusted of the way you... FedEx, an established MULTI BILLION (4+) Corporation for 47 years don't really care about customer satisfaction or punctuality at all! That's only two of many flaws guys haha. In the future I'm willing to pay double the price of shipping if needed for United Parcel Service or United States Postal Service just to avoid your careless company. Also I'll recommend the other carriers as well. Here's why... (big breath) you costed me time and wasted money last week with going to the wrong door, delivering attempting to deliver outside of my business hours. And rerouting my package. When I did receive it I gave the driver the key code to the foyer to leave packages. You repeat your mistake 3 days later and after hours of talking to the "customer service representative" the delivery driver today didn't even go to the correct door where he would have seen my note for him, didn't use the code given, didn't leave a note of delivery and didn't walk around back where I'm hard to miss. Instead I saw him driving away and ran down the street after him! Oh... Also 40 min later hasn't marked the package as delivered!!!!!! And this is how my package with a $200 value looks when I receive it! You guys can shove it!

Celebrated my sister's birthday and 1 year anniversary of my business RVA Mopeds yesterday. Great hangs with friends and family that couldn't of been executed without the help of who managed his smoker and killed it throughout the night before and day, my gf and her mom helping me orchestrate the entire thing. Thankful for the best gf, friends and family who've supported me along the way!!! @ Rva Mopeds
