Failed the Virginia learner’s permit test three times?
It can be tempting to wait, study a little more, or try another free practice test.
But once you’ve failed three times, Virginia requires this course as the next step before you can try again.
If you’re 18 or older, you can enroll directly in CDIC’s Three-Times-Failed Permit Course.
Online: $165 — get started without waiting for a classroom date.
In person: $130 — limited classes are offered each month.
Under 18? You’ll need to complete the required 30-hour Driver’s Ed course online and an in-person final test at one of our facilities first for $180.
And getting licensed is about more than passing a test.
It can mean...
Getting yourself to school
Getting to work without depending on someone else.
Making it to activities.
Helping with family responsibilities.
And having more independence.
👉 Start online for $165/$180 or reserve a seat in one of our limited $130 in-person classes.
