The backing plates on these trucks are known to rot, especially on the plow trucks!
We installed new backing plates, hub seals and adjusted the brake to hold.

This customers vehicle had no cab heat, it was blowing at the outside air temperature, obviously pretty hard to defrost the windshield like that.
The heater core was completely clogged.
This is what it looks like when we as technicians have to replace the heater core in your vehicle.
On this particular job, th water pump was also replaced due to low coolant flow, which was found to be a cracked impeller on the pump shaft.
After the repairs, the cab heat was back and blowing above 160 degrees 🥵 ✅ 📝
