Due to lack of coolant maintenance the system had developed rust inside causing components failure, engine overheating, and no heat inside the cabin. Remember to flush your cooling system as recommended by the manufacturer!

This RAV4 had an unwelcome guest 🐀 The customer brought it in wondering why the windshield washers wouldn’t spray. Turns out, the rats had chewed up all the lines to make their nest 🤢
After removing the nest and repairing the washer lines, the engine bay was soaped and pressure washed to remove any fecess or leftover rat debris. 🧼

This fuel sample is from an Audi towed in for a no-start condition. Most fuels are clear; turns out the customer’s daughter put in E85 ethanol fuel. After dropping the fuel tank, emptying out all the bad fuel, and running a fuel system cleaner the car is back to normal!
