A 2013 BMW 128i rolled into our shop due to a suspicious fuel-like smell and a small leak.
During inspection, our expert technician found fuel to be leaking from the leak detection pump. This means that the charcoal canister was saturated, causing fuel to make its way to the leak detection pump.
The leak itself is likely caused by a faulty float separator valve, which is built into the fuel tank.
Additionally, our tech found an oil leak at the valve cover. We are recommending to replace the fuel tank, leak detection pump, purge valve, charcoal canister, and the valve cover. After all this, we will retest and make sure all leaks are gone.

A 2015 Mercedes-Benz GLA250 came in for a coolant leak. Our expert technician performed a quick pressure test and uncovered the source of the leak: the coolant reservoir.

This 2023 Audi SQ7 Prestige came in for a standard break job. Our technician found the front and rear breaks to be measuring at 6mm and only suggests to replace them at 3-4mm. However, during the complimentary inspection, our technician discovered there was no coolant in the system.
Searching for an explanation, they found a leak at the heater core hose.
We are recommending to replace the hose and then restest the system to make sure there are no other leaks.

A customer asked us to perform a buyers inspection on this 2012 Audi S5. Upon inspection, our technician found many things that needed addressing.
Much of the routine maintenance that hadn't been completed for a while been, additionally they found multiple fluid leaks. The valve cover was leaking and the oil pan was seeping. They also found the transmission tail cone to be leaking severely and unfortunately because of the location of this leak, it could result in a possible transmission rebuild or replacement in the near future.

This 2015 Audi Q5 came in with the check engine light on. The owner reported that it has been on and driving rough for a few months now.
Our expert technician performed a scan and codes came back for multiple misfires. They then continued to do a smoke test and found the upper timing cover had leaks. They also found oil in the spark plug tubes feom the leaking valve cover.
We are recommending the upper timing cover to be replaced and sealed, along with replacing all sparks plugs. After these simple fixes, this Q5 will be back on the road good as new!!

This 2014 Audi A5 Quattro came in because the A/C was blowing nothing but warm air. Not to worry! Our technician immediately hooked it up to our newest addition A/C machine and inspected pressures. Both the high and low side had atmospheric pressure, suggesting no freon in the system. Then, they did a pressure test and it failed. The next step was to run dye through the system to help locate damage. With the aide of the dye, we found the condenser to be damaged.
Our tech is recommending to replace the condenser and then perform an AC service to get this audi back on the road cool as a cucumber!!

Before taking a trip, the owner of this 2019 BMW X3 xDrive30i brought it into our shop. They asked us to do a general checkup, make sure everything is in order, and do a tire rotation and alignment.
During the inspection, our technician found coolant actively leaking from the hose at the coolant pump. The hose had broken off completely. Additionally, the rear tires have less tread than the front.

A 2013 Mercedes-Benz E350 came in for a coolant leak. Our expert technician brought it into the shop to perform a pressure test to pinpoint the leak. However, they were startled when they heard a loud clacking noise coming from the engine. Upon inspection, they found the serpentine belt tensioner slapping around. They followed the belt to the alternator pulley and found it to be wobbling around with metal flakes stuck to it.

Further along, they then found there to be a massive oil leak from the upper timing cover, covering the engine in oil. Due to all the oil, the integrity of the alternator is destroyed and has completely failed. Additionally, the water pump is leaking severely because of the oil saturation damaging the seals.

And only to add to our list of concerns, they also found the cooling system has had a stop leak added to the reservoir, which can completely damage the system, and the brake fluid is completely discolored and contaminated, and the sway bar link bushing is torn and leaking.

Our tech is hoping to combat all of these problems by recommending starting by replacing all problem areas and resealing the upper timing cover.

Then, replace the coolant reservoir and radiator cap and completely flush out the cooling system multiple times to get all contamination out and recommending flushing the brake fluid as well.

After these major issues are dealt with, they will need to look everything over again to make sure that all issues have been addressed and that there aren't anymore that they couldn't see from the initial inspection. This 2013 BMW X3 was brought in due to the A/C making a concerning noise. Additionally, after the customer added freon, the air went warm after 3 days. While performing an A/C service, our expert tech found that the high pressure service valve was leaking refrigerant, and the upper radiator hose showed signs of dried coolant. They also found the oil pan to be leaking.

Today, we are recommending replacing the high pressure valve and the upper radiator hose while also resealing the oil pan. Finally, after all that is complete, our tech will perform a pressure test to make sure there are no other leaks before sending the customer on their way!
