A 2016 BMW 535d arrived at our shop in need of a brake inspection after the customer had reported that not only was their brakes squeaking but it would make a concerning sound at about 47 mph. Our technician discovered that there was a small piece of metal lodged in the gap between the left front brake pad and the rotor. They made quick work of removing the foreign object, as it was believed to be the source of the squeaking noise. This 2003 Mini Cooper came in after sitting for quite some time due to impact damage. The customer replaced the radiator and condenser, but multiple error codes began popping up.
