To our wonderful community: we need your help!
We are blessed to say we have a lot of people who trust us with their vehicles. We always say we never want to complain about this amazing blessing from God who always provides. However, we are also asking God to guide us in how to make the workload manageable, and treat everyone's vehicle with the care, time and attention we know it deserves.
We always try our hardest to accommodate everyone, especially when it comes to safety concerns. With that being said, right now, our lot is completely full, and we are officially booking into mid-July (13th-17th), and will only be scheduling appointments half days until Gus gets caught up on the work that is here (about 20 cars!)
As a small, mom-and-pop shop, you all know how much we love everyone who walks through our doors. You aren't just customers to us—you are our neighbors, our friends, and our family. Since we care about you so much, Gus and I find it incredibly hard to look a friend in the eye or over the phone and say, "We can't squeeze you in this week." However, we find ourselves in a position where saying yes to someone means saying no to another, and that's not fair to anyone. We never want to take advantage of the patience, compassion, and trust you all give so freely.
We also hope you take into consideration we never want to rush a job, and compromise on safety and quality. Every car that leaves our shop carries people we care about, and you deserve our full, undivided attention.
How you can help:
Check your invoice for any recommendations, oil change stickers, brake wear, smog notices and inspection dates and try to book early.
Plan your summer road-trip checkups in advance.
Reach out the moment you hear a strange noise, or a check engine light comes on.
We understand our vehicles don't always tell us when they are going to act up, they like to keep us on our toes for sure! We just hope you understand this is a temporary effort to get the schedule under control.
Lastly, please pray for us. This was not an easy decision, but we also know our current situation is not sustainable. Gus is one person, and there are only so many hours in the day. Life is precious, and we have to find a way to balance our desire to help those we care about, without neglecting our domestic church. We are continuing to pray for guidance, and for the help we need, knowing God is always working behind the scenes! Sacred Heart of Jesus, we place all of our trust in You🙏
