This white C8 Z06 just came out wrapped in XPEL STEALTH Paint Protection Film.

Vehicle theft is getting out of hand locally, so I wanted to mention one of the security options we’ve been installing more of lately: IGLA.

IGLA is a hidden digital immobilizer that helps stop a vehicle from being driven away unless the correct PIN is entered using the factory buttons inside the vehicle.

The big difference is that it can still protect the vehicle even if someone has the owner’s key, clones a key, uses a repeater/relay attack, or tries to force access through the OBD port. Without the proper authorization, the vehicle should not start or drive away.

There is no visible keypad, no bulky remote, and nothing obvious for a thief to find.

We also offer layered security with Compustar PRO Series alarms, DroneMobile GPS tracking, and Momento dashcams, but IGLA is the piece designed to help stop the actual drive-away.

With theft on the rise, it’s one of the smarter upgrades for push-to-start vehicles, trucks, luxury vehicles, and anything commonly targeted.

🎥 Prepping a C8 ZR1X for full protection

We’ve been on the C8 platform since the beginning.

Back in 2020, we were the first in New England to install PPF on the new C8 Corvette.

In 2023, we were pretty quick on putting film on the C8 Z06.

And now, we’re continuing that trend with one of the first full PPF installs on the new ZR1X.

This platform isn’t new to us. We’ve been installing and protecting them since day one. A couple hundred have passed these doors.

We’re also expanding what we offer for C8 owners.

We now supply and install upgrades from Paragon Performance and AGMotorsports, giving you access to proven styling enhancements with proper fit and finish.

On the protection side, we now install advanced anti-theft systems from IGLA and Compustar, along with grille, radiator, and underbody protection from Scrape Armor.

Spring is right around the corner, and the schedule is already starting to move.

Our window tint calendar is filling up, and paint protection film installs are already pushing close to a month out, with only a few scattered openings in between. We also have several commercial wrap projects and color change builds on the board, and ceramic coating appointments are beginning to stack up.

If you are planning protection or upgrades for your vehicle this season, it is smart to get on the schedule now before the rush hits.
