Unfortunately we remain overbooked and very understaffed. I am aware that this is testing our client’s patience. If you need to contact FTF Cycles, please call 781-961-9100 and if you need to speak to me directly, Cheri will take a message and I will return your call when I can. If it relates to business, please refrain from trying to reach me on a personal level. My cell phone works sporadically in the shop and sometimes not at all. Most nights I leave way after hours and messages flood in so I have alerts silenced. We work well before and after our posted business hours and also working on most days that the shop is closed. Stopping in outside posted business hours won’t help either because that’s the time we set aside to get work done. We still need time to process billing, payables, orders, inventory and quotes and we are falling behind in all of those departments. Someone will be answering the phone and helping customers during our regular posted hours only. I apologize for the situation but we are truly doing the best we can and I have to set boundaries. I know it’s difficult and I understand everyone’s frustration. Thank you all for your patience. Many of you have been more than kind and generous with your understanding and I and my family truly appreciate that. 🙏

Had a productive week at ’s Land speed event in Limestone, Maine. We faced some vicious winds earlier in the week so we ran up in class to secure some records while we waited for conditions to improve. After a few mods and some better conditions today, we were able to take 3 records in the Modified 1350 class with a top speed of 163. 235mph! All told, we are heading home with 22 new records!

When you work 6-7 days a week and you need to get your break in miles down on your Buell SuperCruiser so you can service it for land speed racing, you run to Bentleys Saloon after work Saturday for a chicken sandwich (211 miles round trip, 4hr 15min) and Sunday you go to Joe’s Diner in Lee, MA for a late breakfast and cannonball run down RT20 to 202 to the Pike back home (286 miles, 5h 10m)
