2011 F-350 6.7. Towed in with what was believed as a doomed Cp4 pump failure. Rail pressures were low (1360 psi) should have been 5000 to fire. Truck was trying to hydrolock while cranking. Blocked off right rail supply and rail pressure came back and truck fired on 4 cylinders. Found cylinder 2 injector tip cracked and deformed, rail pressure was bleeding into cylinder. Replaced and programmed injector.
