Weekend Recap from Southern Oregon Speedway:
Friday night we started off qualifying P2 out of 22 cars, started 4th in the heat and finished P2. Started P6 in the main and ran a strong 2nd to Collen Winebarger. Saturday night once again qualified P2 out of 21. Started P4 in the heat and won (via winner failing droop). Started outside pole and led half the race then got passed but eventually got back by our buddy Collen Winebarger again in a hard fought race to pick up the Win! This was our teams 4th win for the I-5 Silver Bullet Late Model Series in 2026 and 13th overall stretching across 4 tracks! Thank you to our fans, crew, family and marketing partners! We will be back in action this weekend at Willamette Speedway in Lebanon,Or.

Got us another big W last night at Willamette Speedway! Win #10 at Willamette and #12 of the season! Weekend Racing Recap from Grays Harbor Raceway in Elma,WA: Friday night qualified P3, got a flat in the heat resulting in a last place finishing spot, started the main 9th and was able to make it back to finish 3rd. Saturday myself and Chris FitzJohn spent most the day completely changing the entire set up and it was well worth it! Went P1 in qualifying, P4 to P2 in the heat, then went P3 to the Win in the main for our teams 3rd I-5 Silver Bullet Late Model Series win of 2026 and the 9th of the season! We were missing our captain and team owner Darren Coffell on Saturday as he was fighting some illnesses but felt good to get him the win! Thank you to my wife Ashlie Tanner for always believing in me and my racing and being my rock and our families rock by taking care of the kids every weekend when it can be a handful at times! Thank you to Dick Gummus and Alexis Coffell for doing so much for me and Darren to keep the team going and motivated every week! Shoutout to all our sponsors: Driving Force Graphics, Bio-Med Testing Services, Pub Light Beer, Eastside Paving, Mike Herberger Trucking LLC, Swift Springs and Rocket Chassis! Last night Joey ran Willamette Speedway in Lebanon, Or. The team set fast time, won the heat race from 6th and won a hard fought, challenging race from the 10th starting position! This marks Joey's 7th win in 8 races so far this year and still undefeated in the #46 Darren Coffell owned Rocket Chassis! Another GREAT weekend for the #46 team! Joey won both nights of the Silver Bullet I-5 series/Clair Cup at Willamette Speedway! Fast time Saturday night, and hard charger to add on Sunday night! This makes 6 in a row now to start the 2026 season! Joey set fast time in qualifying, went p6-p2 in the heat race then went from p10-p1 in the main event! Joey and Rob Mayea put on a show last night!
