Josie is just your average game of dominoes-lovin’ goth girl who is now the proud owner of this Vespa Primavera Tech 50! Josie had a smaller scooter in another life and missed how fun it was for commuting and parking. She had us add a rear rack, top case that complimented the gray accents on the scooter, and a small windscreen. Welcome back to life on two wheels!

Sometimes the path to a Vespa begins with… a Lime scooter.

Anne stepped outside one day and found a sit-down electric Lime scooter parked right out front of her house. She thought to herself, “Hello… are we meant to be together?”

She signed up, took a few rides for fun and her commute and loved everything about it except how slow it was. Really really slow.

That sent her down the scooter-research rabbit hole. Soon she found our YouTube channel, watched plenty of others, earned her motorcycle endorsement, and eventually came in to make this beautiful white Vespa Primavera S 150 her own.

So, when we asked if she’d always wanted a Vespa, her answer was, “Well… no, not really.”�
Sometimes all it takes is the wrong scooter parked in the right place at the right time. Congrats, Anne! We’re so glad that first ride led you here.

Time flies when you’re having fun and what a ride it’s been!

On this day in 2002, Vespa Portland opened its doors. 24 years later, we’re still proud to serve this city and beyond.

To everyone who has shopped with us, worked here, shared a laugh, or supported us along the way: thank you. You’ve made this place what it is and we’re so grateful to be part of this community.

Here’s to many more miles together!

A little mishap occurred with Martin's older Vespa Sprint 150 and it forced an upgrade to a Vespa GTS Super 310 in the same gloss black he loves and has gotten used to. He had us add a top case, backrest pad for a passenger, and rear rack, and then hit the road, ready for many more years of fun on a Vespa. Congrats, Martin! You're the man.

It’s hard to believe it’s October with this beautiful riding weather.

Piaggio/Vespa have introduced the following promos valid this month.

1. Enjoy financing rates through Sheffield Financial as low as 0.99% on 2025 and prior models.

2. First Responders (police, fire, EMS, and Military (active and retired) can receive $250 off directly from Piaggio/Vespa with proof of occupation. Badge, ID card, DD214, etc.

3. $250 off for newly endorsed riders who have taken a state-approved motorcycle safety course within 3 months of October 1st, 2026. Must provide course completion card (name must match) and show motorcycle endorsement on license at time of sale.

Hey we're in the Piaggio museum! Our bud Chad took a trip to Italy and stopped by the museum outside Florence in Pontedera. While there he planted one of our stickers on a wall. From what we've heard, there's already a sticker in a display case in that museum. It's nice to be part of history!

Mountain climber, mountain rescuer, professional photographer, and Bikram yoga instructor. And now, Vespa rider. Teresa is the full-on badass we all aspire to be.

Congratulations to her on choosing this beautiful beige Vespa Primavera 150! She took her maiden voyage all the way back to Troutdale and sent a text when she got home saying “it was awesome and I loooooooove it!” That’s the energy we’re looking for!

Prima Ginge is now GTS Ginge. This lady (you may have met her once or twice here at the shop) started riding on a 2022 Vespa Primavera 150 she bought in Monterrey, California (home of John Steinbeck). She rode that scooter like a bat out of hell for awhile and then decided it was time to bump up the powa’ (Arnold Schwarzenegger voice). She worked some magic and ended up with this Vespa GTS 300 in verde with a top case, rear rack, and heated grips. Look out for her around town. No really, look twice for people on 2 wheels. Congrats, Ginger!
