Well, Monday. We meet again. 🙄

I don’t know who decided we needed five workdays and only two days for the weekend, but I’d like to speak to management.

Some of us are running on coffee, questionable motivation, and whatever patience we managed to hang on to from last week.

And somewhere in Kay County, somebody just started their vehicle and heard a noise that definitely wasn’t there Friday.

Happy Monday to you, too. 😂

The guys at Budget Auto Repair are back at it this morning, tackling everything from oil changes and brakes to tires, repairs, and those mysterious noises that only seem to happen when the mechanic isn’t listening.

Whether it’s routine maintenance or something that’s decided to test your bank account and your patience, give us a call.

And if your vehicle isn’t making the trip under its own power, Budget Towing can help with that, too. Ask about our discount on local towing when we perform the repair.

Here’s hoping your coffee is strong, your check engine light stays off, and nobody tests your last good nerve before lunch. 🥴

There’s something about an Oklahoma sunset. ❤️

Snapped this picture from my driveway last night after we got back from a wrecker call. The sun is setting earlier, fall is here, and winter is lurking right around the corner.

Surprisingly, I was still awake to see it.

Funny how life changes. There was a time when I’d just be getting ready to go out at that hour. Now I’m wondering why I’m still awake and whether it’s too early to put my pajamas on.

And here we are on Sunday.

We spend all week looking forward to the weekend, and then Sunday rolls around to remind us that Monday is about to rear its ugly head.

I swear the weekend lasts about 15 minutes and Monday lasts three business days. 😂

But let’s not give Monday the satisfaction of ruining Sunday.

Enjoy the sunshine, the peace and quiet, and whatever is left of your weekend.

And if your vehicle decides to join the Monday morning rebellion with a warning light, a strange noise, or a sudden refusal to cooperate, give us a call.

And if your car needs an Uber to get to our shop, we’ve got that covered too. Ours just comes with a hook and a little more horsepower.

Don’t forget to ask about our discount on local towing when we perform the repair work! Because paying for a tow AND a repair is enough to ruin anybody’s Monday.

We’ll deal with the vehicle. You deal with surviving Monday.

THE DEER ARE ON THE MOVE!

Deer season is officially underway, and apparently nobody told the deer they’re supposed to stay OUT of the road.

Just a friendly reminder… you don’t want to fill your deer tag with the Mom-burban! 🫣

Keep those eyes peeled, especially around dawn and dusk. Slow down, watch the ditches, and remember — where there’s one deer, there’s usually another one plotting something stupid.

We’d much rather see you drive into Budget for routine maintenance or repairs than have to haul you off to one of our talented local body shops.

Because while you’re standing there looking at your crumpled hood, all your insurance company just heard was “PREMIUM INCREASE!”

All kidding aside, things happen. Even the most careful drivers can find themselves in the wrong place at the wrong time.

And here’s something worth knowing! If you’re involved in an accident, you can request your preferred towing company, provided circumstances and law enforcement procedures allow.

We’re well acquainted with our local law enforcement agencies… in a GOOD way, of course!

Our crew works alongside them regularly, and we appreciate everything they do to keep our roads safe. If you find yourself needing a tow, just let the responding officer know you’d like to request Budget.

Stay alert, keep your eyes on the ditches, and remember… Bambi might be about to test your driving skills like you’re Kyle Larson on the last lap at Talladega! 🏁

And let’s face it… Bambi doesn’t care what track NASCAR is racing at this weekend. He’s running his own race!

FRI-YAY! WE MADE IT!

It’s Friday, y’all! We survived another week!

Ty and Russell are ready for a couple days off, and I think they’re even more excited about getting a break from Towin’ Joe sticking his nose in everybody’s business!

Now that these cooler temperatures are rolling in, we’ve got an important question…

What’s everybody breaking out the BIG pot for this weekend? 👀

Chili? Potato soup? Chicken and noodles? Something that’s gonna feed the whole family until Wednesday? 😂

Speaking of changing temperatures, your vehicle notices the difference too!

Tire pressure drops when temperatures fall. That little warning light might be trying to tell you something.

Batteries that struggled through the summer heat can start showing their age when those chilly mornings hit.

Heating and cooling systems need to be ready for whatever Oklahoma decides to throw at us.

Belts, hoses, and fluids deserve a little attention before colder weather settles in.

Don’t wait until you’re standing in the driveway, freezing, wondering why your vehicle decided it wasn’t going to work today.

We’ll help you keep it running, and you can get back to arguing over whether beans belong in chili. 😂

Towin’ Joe put in a little OT last night helping Andy!

Just another evening for the Budget crew! When somebody needs a hand, it doesn’t much matter what time the clock says.

This customer trusted Budget with their tow and decided to let us handle the repairs, too!

We sure appreciate the opportunity to take care of both!

And here’s a little something worth remembering… ask about our towing discount when we perform your repairs!

TAILGATE TALKIN’ WITH TOWIN’ JOE

Well, would you look at this.

Russell and Ty were having a conversation, and somehow Joe managed to insert himself right into the middle of it.

Nobody invited him. Nobody asked for his opinion. But here we are.

You know that one fella who always seems to know a little something about everything?

That’s Joe. Or at least that’s what Joe thinks.

We’re not sure if he’s picking up a few pointers, sharing some words of wisdom, or just trying to find out what’s for lunch.

Whatever the case, he couldn’t have picked a better couple of guys to hang around.

Russell and Ty work hard, know their stuff, and take pride in doing right by our customers. And around here, that’s what matters.

Good people, honest work, and a little laughter along the way. That’s the kind of shop we believe in.

Whether you need routine maintenance, tires, repairs, or a tow when life throws you a curveball, we’re here for you.

And don’t forget to ask about our towing discount when we perform the repair work!

As for Joe, we’re still trying to figure out who told him he was in charge. 😂

There’s one thing about living in a small town…

If your car breaks down, three people will stop to help, two will know exactly what’s wrong with it, and somebody will call your mama before the tow truck even gets there.

Gotta love small-town Oklahoma!

And when you do need a hand, Budget is just a phone call away.

10/12/2026

Well, look what the weekend dragged in. MONDAY.

I don’t know about y’all, but I’m starting to think we need a day off between Sunday and Monday just to get our lives back together.

The laundry isn’t done, the coffee isn’t strong enough, and somebody somewhere is already testing somebody’s patience before 7 a.m.

And wouldn’t you know it… Monday is usually when your vehicle decides to show its whole behind.

A warning light? A funny noise? Brakes squealing so loud the neighbors know you’re coming before you even turn onto the street?

And let’s not even talk about that noise you’ve been ignoring for three weeks because turning up the radio seemed like a perfectly reasonable repair strategy.

Listen, we’ve all got enough going on without our vehicles acting like they pay bills around here.

That’s where Budget comes in!

We know your vehicle is an investment, and the last thing you need is a repair bill that gives you a bigger headache than the vehicle itself.

That’s why we explain what needs attention, break down the costs, and discuss everything with you BEFORE we start turning wrenches.

We believe surprises belong at birthday parties, not on repair bills.

Whether it’s maintenance, repairs, brakes, tires, detailing, or 24/7 towing, we’re here to help!

And if your vehicle has completely given up on participating in Monday, ask about our discount on towing when we perform the repairs!

You deal with Monday and the people testing your patience.

We’ll deal with your vehicle. At least that’s one thing around here somebody can fix.

WELLLLLL… IT’S OU/TEXAS WEEKEND, Y’ALL! 🏈

You know how folks in a small town can have absolutely NOTHING in common, but let something happen that ain’t none of their business, and suddenly everybody’s an expert?

Well, that’s Oklahoma when OU plays Texas. 😂

The Sooners have tested our patience, blood pressure, and possibly our relationship with the Lord this season… but throw Texas into the mix, and suddenly we’re all believers again!

Whether you’re headed to Dallas, firing up the grill, or yelling at 20-year-old boys who can’t hear you, check those tires, fluids, and that noise you’ve been ignoring since August. 🫣

And if sportsball isn’t your thing, get outside, enjoy your people, or do absolutely nothing. We don’t judge!

NOW… SPEAKING OF SOMEBODY WHO CAN’T MIND HIS OWN BUSINESS… 🐪

Apparently, this camel has decided he works here.

Nobody hired him, nobody knows what he does, and Russell, Ty, and Andy are all being supervised by this guy who isn’t even on the payroll. 😂

Since he’s apparently here to stay, HELP US NAME HIM!

B)Carl
C) Clyde
D) Earl
