We were excited to host Senator Dan Stec and his Chief of Staff, Deb, this week. We toured models to show how viable manufactured homes are to help facilitate the American Dream in Upstate NY. And we reviewed some of the challenges, mostly the new SONYMA program that is designed for manufactured homes and the unsustainable cost of site development. We appreciated their time and willingness to listen to our concerns and start a dialogue with state officials!

We have had a long standing tradition of philanthropy and service here, it’s important to support the community who supports us everyday. Ironic that in the mail was a thank you from the Foundation of CVPH the same day this showed up in our memories. Hopefully we have instilled these values into the next generation too. Jacob was slinging ice cream with that bull horn like a boss- natural sales even back then lol. 😂
