Equipment Rentals Inc / Bobcat of Plattsburgh is currently seeking an Equipment Manager. We are a TEAM and are looking for a TEAM player. The ideal candidate must have the following:

*A strong eye for detail
*Organizational skills
*Positive attitude
*Good driving record
*Time management
*Background in managing people
*Training capabilities
*Background in construction equipment both heavy machinery and small engine to include operation and small repairs

The position is responsible for maintaining a positive customer experience as well as controlling the flow of customers and machinery in and out of the yard. The equipment manager will be required to coordinate with the rental manager to ensure all equipment is ready for the upcoming rentals as well as delegating jobs to ensure employees are staying on task. They will perform a myriad of tasks essential to the upkeep of the building, yard, and rental fleet.

For those of you living closer to our sister location in Lake Placid, they have some great positions open including Class A CDL driver and a similar position to Plattsburgh's listing. Due to promotion from within Equipment Rentals is looking to hire a Rental Manager. This position is great for someone who loves an everchanging day. The best candidate will have a strong background in logistics and love to help customers find the best solutions to there situation. Daily tasks often include taking calls for construction equipment rentals, determining the best fit for the customers needs. They are also responsible for scheduling and determining best routes for machine deliveries and locational transfers. Insuring that the rental staff have prepped the machine to match the reservation. Candidate must also be ready to make changes to schedules throughout the day in an everchanging environment.

Above all the candidate must be ready to work as a team with other departments and locations and be ready to multitask.
