The personnel are professional, accommodating and pleasant to work with. We found our car almost immediately and I assumed it would take an entire day to complete the deal, however, we only spent a couple of hours in addition to a test drive.

To quote another satisfied customer of ours: “Paul and EcarOne were great to work with. I've been looking for a long time for a tesla Model S with Hardware 4 in the ultra red with the white and black interior, many other places I found the description didn't match the pictures in the ads. At EcarOne not only did the pictures match the description, the condition of the car was better than I could have ever imagined... No hidden fees no games, no unnecessary dealer add-ons, I'm getting the out-the-door price was very easy... I flew into their Plano dealership and drove the car back to Ohio and I couldn't be happier with my first Tesla.
