Along with the rest of the world, we’ve been closely monitoring the evolving situation with COVID-19. It has brought uncertainty and disruption to the communities we serve. Classic BMW and MINI of Plano’s top priority is the health and safety of our customers and team members.
We wanted to take a moment to keep you informed on how Classic BMW and MINI of Plano are doing everything we can to limit potential virus exposure for everyone involved at our Dealerships.
Until further notice, our dealership hours will be 7am-6pm Monday-Friday and 8am-6pm on Saturday
We remain in close and regular contact with local and federal health officials at the Centers for Disease Control. Though the situation around the virus remains fluid, our goal is to meet or exceed all provided guidelines.
• Our nightly cleaning service uses a comprehensive cleaning program called Clorox 360
• We have trained our employees on proper behavior regarding distance parameters and processes related to contact with clients and fellow employees
• We are encouraging our employees to reduce travel and eliminate travel to highly effected areas until it is deemed safe.
• Vehicles will be wiped down at the exchange point from one employee to another until the time that the vehicle is back in the control of the client.
• Valet pick up and drop off of your vehicle is available upon request.
