On top of all that, the pricing on the vehicle itself was excellent — honestly one of the best deals I found anywhere in the region for the mileage and condition.
I did end up having a couple small issues shortly after purchase, and Hawk immediately asked me to bring the vehicle back in. They resolved the issues for me quickly and at no cost, which really reinforced that they stand behind the vehicles they sell.
This was easily the most stress-free car buying experience I’ve had. I went in expecting the typical used car dealership battle, but instead I felt like I was treated like a valued long-term customer from the beginning.
