So I walked in the door this morning, and before I could set my coffee down- T hits me up- "WHAT ARE WE DOING DIFFERENT?"- now if you know T he'll ask you a question out of nowhere about halfway through the conversation he's had in his head for the last 5 min...
"Umm, I don't think anything??"
"Well a customer sent us a couple dozen donuts and coffee.. and I am not sure what we did special to deserve it..."
"So what did they say?"
"Well, we ship their stuff fast, we send them what they actually ordered, and it gets there in good shape.."
"Well, that's what we do.. Maybe they didn't have that service from their last supplier?"
"Hmm, I guess not"
We're humble, we know what you really want- great prices and fast shipping.. we spend a lot of time doing that, and a little less on pounding our chests about it..
