We worked on this BMW M550 this weekend taking care of a concern that the customer had with rattling coming from exhaust. Customer had a valvetronic exhaust system installed by a specialty shop and unfortunately was not satisfied with the work and brought it over to us to resolve the issue.
As we investigated the cause of the rattling we found that the exhaust was never aligned properly and secured. We realigned the exhaust, tightened all the clamps and got the customer back on the road.
