2011 jeep compas. Customer complaint took vehicle to another shop due no response when hitting the accelerator pedal, also had a throttle light illuminated, vehicle was returned to customer without any repairs and customer was told “it’s due to the cold weather” customer then had to have it towed home where we got a call, came over did some diagnostics and found the car had a faulty electronic throttle body. While replacing the throttle body found that their thermostat housing was leaking coolant. Removed and replaced thermostat housing and throttle body assembly and got this customer back on the road.

Customer complaint- engine mounts are bad. Upon diag found that his driver side engine mount has split and broken. Replaced both left and right side engine mounts and the customer was on his way! Call and make an appointment today!

Customer complaint: check engine light. Active fault p0418 secondary air circuit. Found that the sai pump would not activate and turn on. Removed intake manifold to find that this customers truck had been used for furry friends. Cleaned out all debri and found nuts all in his secondary pump causing it to lock up and burn out. Replaced pump, resealed intake manifold and secondary air circuit was restored. Don’t let those little critters take over your vehicle! Call and make a appointment today!
