1. What are the age requirements to rent a car?
You must be at least 21 years old to rent a vehicle. If you are 18, you may still rent a car, provided you have a co-signer, such as a parent or legal guardian.
2. Do I need a major credit card to rent a vehicle?
No, a major credit card is not required. You can rent a vehicle using a cash deposit, along with your valid driver’s license. If you are renting from outside the country, you must also provide a valid passport.
3. How does the rental deposit work?
A deposit is required to rent a vehicle. The specific amount of the deposit is determined by the length of your rental period (the number of days you plan to keep the car).
4. What is the fuel policy?
The fuel policy is simple: you are expected to return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel it had when you picked it up.
5. Are there any penalties for returning the car in poor condition?
Yes. If the rental car is returned dirty, there is a $150 cleaning fee applied to the rental.
