We're proud to bring back Operation Spring Pride, a company tradition that began in the 1980s.

Last week, employees across all locations came together to clean, organize, and improve the spaces where we work every day. The result? More than 155 cubic yards of unwanted materials were removed - an estimated 62,000 pounds (31 tons) of clutter and waste cleared from our facilities.

This effort was about more than cleaning up; it was about taking pride in our workplaces and creating a better environment for our customers, coworkers, and communities.

We were honored to serve on the Automotive Training Center Scholarship Committee and had the opportunity to meet some outstanding students. From the moment we met Jayden, he stood out for his professionalism, passion for the automotive industry, and commitment to building a successful career as a technician.

Jayden embodies the qualities we look for in the next generation of automotive professionals, and we are proud to award him a Fred Beans Automotive Scholarship. We look forward to watching him grow through ATC and are excited to see all that he accomplishes in the future.

Every spring, our team at Fred Beans comes together in Doylestown for our annual Health Fair - and this year was another amazing day thanks to our Wellness Coordinator, Andrea, and all of the incredible local vendors who joined us.

From chair massages and professional stretching to sound baths, wellness resources, free Jules pizza, and plenty of swag, employees had the chance to relax, recharge, and focus on their well-being throughout the day.
