Love helping people, but tired of giving up your weekends or wondering where your job is taking you?

Your experience in hospitality, retail, or cell phone sales could open a new door at Epoch Automotive.

We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative in Doylestown—someone who remembers names, notices the details, and takes pride in making someone’s day easier.

You’ll welcome clients, answer calls, coordinate appointments and loaner cars, follow up, and help keep the shop moving. You don’t need to know cars. We’ll provide the tools and training, with a path toward becoming a service advisor.

What’s waiting for you:

✅ Starting at $20/hour, based on experience
✅ Weekends off
✅ Monday–Thursday, 7:45 a.m.–6 p.m., plus one paid Friday training day each month
✅ Paid holidays and PTO
✅ Health insurance with 75% of the premium paid by Epoch
✅ Dental, vision, disability, and life insurance
✅ SIMPLE IRA with a 2% employer contribution

Benefits begin after 90 days. A valid driver’s license is required.

Ready for your next chapter?

📧 Email your résumé to [email protected] with the subject line “CSR Application.”

Then call 267-406-4922 after 6:30 p.m. and leave a 30–60-second voicemail with your name, callback number, and your answer to this question:

“A first-time client is nervous about bringing their vehicle to a new shop. What would you say to help them feel comfortable?”

No script or automotive knowledge needed. If you need an alternative to the voicemail step, let us know in your email.
