From hidden damage… to a roof built to last.

After uncovering a skylight leak that led to structural damage, this RV went through a full repair process:
• Shower removed for proper dry-out
• Wall structure rebuilt
• Roof section removed and trusses repaired
• Finished with a seamless FlexArmor roof

Now there are no seams to maintain, no caulking to chase, and no worrying about where the next leak might start.

This is the difference between covering up a problem and actually fixing it.

Take a look at the finished result —> clean, solid, and ready for the road again.

What you’re looking at here is what most RV owners never see.

This started as a small skylight leak. Nothing major on the surface… but once we opened it up, the damage told a different story.

Water had already worked its way in, leading to structural damage that required:
• Roof removal
• Replacement of damaged wood
• Truss repair and rebuild

By the time leaks show themselves inside, the problem has usually been there longer than you think.

This is why proper inspection and repair matters. You can’t fix what you don’t uncover.

Next up, we’ll show you how this one turned out after everything was rebuilt and sealed the right way.

This one started small… but didn’t stay that way.

What looked like a simple skylight leak turned into something much bigger once we opened things up. Moisture had already made its way inside, leading to hidden damage that couldn’t be ignored.

To do it right, we had to:
• Remove the shower to fully dry out the area
• Rebuild the damaged wall structure
• Remove a section of the roof
• Repair and rebuild compromised roof trusses

This is exactly how RV damage works. A minor leak at the surface can quietly spread, affecting structural components before you ever see the full picture.

The good news? Once everything was properly repaired, this RV is now back on solid ground and ready for a long-lasting solution on top.

If you’ve got a skylight, vent, or any roof pe*******on that hasn’t been inspected recently, it’s worth a closer look. Catching it early can save you from repairs like this.
