Our Standard Heavy Duty Dump Trailer is available in 14 ft. x 82 in. size. This heavy duty trailer is great for the homeowner, contractor, or landscaping professional who wants a high capacity dump trailer. It will haul landscaping materials, firewood, roofing, or is good for debris cleanup. On our heavy duty line, the running gear upgrades to two 7,000 lb. 8-lug axles with 4-wheel brakes. The heavy duty slipper spring suspension adds to the long term usable life of the trailer. Tires are 235/80 R16 LRE radials. The frame is 6 in. channel with a 6 in. channel wrap-around tongue. It has two straight action 3.5″ cylinders with a fully self-contained hydraulic pump, deep cycle battery, and remote control. These cylinders add 30% lifting capacity over two 3″ cylinders. The floor has d-ring tie-downs on all four corners. Stake pocket openings are cut into the top rail. There is a combo barn doors and dump-and-spread tailgate. The 6′ loading ramps slide in under the floor and are ideal for loading a skid steer or tractor. The tailgate does NOT need to be removed to use the loading ramps. There are brackets mounted on the front of the headboard to accept on optional tarp kit (see options). An adjustable 2-5/16 coupler and 12,000 lb. HD drop foot jack are included. Our diamond floor tilt car trailers are manufactured with a rigid 5″ channel frame and tongue. The 10,000 GVWR model adds 5.2K axles with 225/75 R15 LRD radial tires. The entire bed tilts for loading and is built with all tubing steel construction. 24″ toe plates and the gradual loading angle, made possible by a total bed length (with toe plates) of 22′, make it possible to load sports cars with low clearance that will not load on standard ramp and dovetail car trailers. A hydraulic damper cushions the lowering of the bed during loading.
