Calculating the correct injector size is the difference between a perfectly tuned engine and a dangerous lean condition. If your injectors are too small, you risk fuel starvation at high RPM; if they are too big, you’ll struggle with a choppy idle and poor low-speed drivability.

To get the math right, you need to factor in your Target Horsepower, Brake Specific Fuel Consumption (BSFC), and a safe Duty Cycle (usually 80%).
