Hey Everyone, just wanted to touch on a few points regarding the 2022 Noise Restrictions that I mentioned in my recent email, since I know there have been some rustled jimmies about the whole situation

- This rule is in the planning stages, and won't be implemented until next season. Once the details of the rule are worked out, we will be clearly and directly communicating the details to everyone. The announcement that was made regarding the rule change was a preliminary heads-up to let you all know what is going on.

- This rule has been asked for by course workers as well as event staff for many years now. The biggest problem is operational - course workers are unable to hear and make radio calls around loud exhaust noises, and this can impact course calls and safety calls - such as RED FLAG calls - which need to be heard and acted on immediately. The other factor is the hearing health of our participants - the Grid and Start worker stations are especially impacted by this.

- The SCCA RallyCross Rulebook already establishes noise restrictions for vehicles ("Exhaust must [...] comply with local noise ordinances.") however, Florida has an exemption for Sanctioned Race Events. In many other states (or without this exemption) we would be limited to as low as 74 dB!

- The SCCA GCR (General Competition Rulebook) limits exhaust noise to 103dB, and other race sanctions use a similar sound level limitation. We will be using this as a starting point for developing our rules, but we will likely not be going below this level.

- Although noise is not (currently) a factor at our two venues, these guidelines have the potential to open our program up to more opportunities at more venues.

This RallyCross program is your RallyCross program - we are announcing this change now to encourage discussion and feedback, which we will absolutely take into consideration before implementing any rules. Good morning, everyone, I'd like some help. I have this WRX subaru that I bought to restore it, I've done all the painting part just missing the mechanical part of the engine. As I had to travel and stay 06 months out of Orlando, I would like an indication of a mechanic shop that has a good price for me to finish the restoration of my subaru or someone who has an interest in buying it. My subaru is stored in the company I worked for, but the company's are pushing me to get the car out of there. I need to solve this urgently! Who can help me send me an inbox message. Thank you. Make: Subaru Model: WRX Engine: 2.0 Turbo EJ20 Transmission: Automatic (Working perfectly) Year: 2002 Miles: 176.000 The paint is new, the interior of it is very well maintained. With regard to mechanics, you need to replace the cylinder head gasket 1 and 3 , and Have to change 03 windows that are broken. Good car for project! The car can not be run until it makes the necessary repairs. Please, just make a proposal if you really want to buy! $1,350 OBO
