Hey- folks in need of auto services, listen up and benefit!

The KingBay team fixed three problems for me today, and just knocked my socks off with their level of service. Two of the problems, I had been putting up with for more than a year:

1. An old, worn out car audio system that barely worked and sounded bad when it did, and
2. An old hazy driver's side headlight that looked awful compared to a bright, shiny new one on the passenger side that had been replaced after a fender-bender last year.

I'd have put up with those two nuisances longer, except that the bulb in the newer headlight burned out, and I figured I'd better get it fixed before I got a traffic ticket for it.

When I came into KingBay, I ordered a new bulb and a new audio system. Boy! Did I ever get superb value!

In addition to giving me a VERY competitive price, Ray amiably managed my scheduling challenges and also took time to educate me on my audio choices, to be sure I got the best fit for my needs.

The work was then finished in a flash, but with quality and thoroughness. On top of everything, when Ray asked me to come and inspect the end result, I discovered that he'd had the team polish the haze off my old headlight so it was a nice match for its partner.

Wow!!

What a gift to have work done by someone who goes the extra mile for a woman, rather than taking advantage of her lack of knowledge about "car stuff" (as is too often the case in this country).
