Do you agree with our diagnosis or think there’s another reason?

And since there seemed to be some confusion in our original post: No, we didn’t do the original bodywork and paint. The car came from another shop and we were “just” finishing the build for our customer. Until of course we realized the paint issue and now we’re also painting it.
