Bajarex Motorsports We started in 2021 and the owner has been in the auto industry for over 20 years. Its small family own business. Were also chase crew and mechanic for Bk2baja.

His worked for independent shops, Porsche dealer as a technician and now business owner of Bajarex Motorsports. If we're not here at the shop, were in Baja working and enjoying some dirt time. We're an Off-road shop that builds from prerunners and overland rigs. We mostly work on Toyota trucks and Raptors. We specialize in suspension, Electrical, Fab work, and factory schedule Maintenace

Another 2nd Gen Tundra getting a serious upgrade here at Bajarex Motorsports! 🔥

This Tundra has over 260,000 miles on the clock and has been extremely well maintained! Proof that taking care of your truck pays off!

🔧 Upgrades performed:

• Installed Magnuson Supercharger
• Relocated winch controller and ARB air compressor
• Removed the old Auxbeam switch panel
• Installed Switch-Pros SP-9100 with SDHQ mount
• Cleaned up the bird’s nest of wiring under the hood

With all the added weight from the overland gear, this Tundra now has the extra power it needs to get the job done!

Another 2nd Gen Toyota Tundra in the shop for some much-needed maintenance! 🔧

Customer came in with a leaking water pump, so we replaced it and took care of several drivetrain services while the truck was here.

✅ Water pump replacement due to coolant leak

Another 2nd Gen Tundra getting some serious upgrades here at Bajarex Motorsports! 🔥

This Tundra came in for a fresh new look and some suspension upgrades. Here’s what we installed:

🔧 C4 Fabrication front bumper

💡 Baja Designs lights integrated into the bumper

⚡ Switch-Pros SP-9100 to control and power the lights

💪 Dirt King upper control arms

🛞 Method Race Wheels 701 wrapped in Falken Wildpeak A/T4W tires

🔥 Keeping this 2.5 Gen Tundra’s transmission temps under control!

This Tundra came in for a transmission cooler install and oil change after the customer overheated the transmission on one of his trips.

For the 2019–2021 Tundras, Toyota decided to eliminate the factory external transmission cooler, which can become an issue for trucks that tow, hit the trails, run in the sand, or see heavy use.

We installed a Genuine Cooling Systems transmission cooler kit, and we highly recommend this setup. The kit comes complete with everything needed for a clean installation and adds some much-needed cooling capacity to help keep transmission temperatures in check.

If you use your Tundra hard, keeping those transmission temps down can make a big difference. 💪

🔧 Another 2nd Gen long-travel Tundra getting some much-needed CV maintenance!

This one came in for a driver-side CV boot replacement. We pulled the axle, tore it down, inspected the bearings, cleaned everything up, repacked the CV joints with fresh grease, and installed new CV boots.

While we were in there, we also replaced the driver-side axle seal and cleaned up all the excess grease around the area.

Long-travel trucks get used hard—keeping up with CV maintenance goes a long way toward keeping them ready for the dirt. 🤘

Long travel 2nd Gen Tundra in the shop for some maintenance and getting ready for the next round of upgrades. 🔧

We knocked out:
• Engine oil & filter change
• Transmission drain & fill
• Rear differential drain & fill

This Tundra will be back next week, when we’ll be pulling all the shocks off for a complete rebuild and revalve to get the suspension dialed back in.

Maintenance is just as important as the upgrades—especially on a truck that gets used off-road. 🤘

🚨 Unexpected 3rd Gen 4Runner walk-in this morning!

Customer came in without an appointment because the truck suddenly started smoking and leaking coolant. Situations like this, I’ll always try to make an exception and squeeze a customer in. I know how stressful an unexpected breakdown can be, so I do my best to get them back on the road the same day.

As you can see in the photo, the heater control valve had broken, causing the hose to pop off the ni**le and dump coolant everywhere. The leaking coolant hitting hot engine components was what created all the smoke.

We replaced the heater control valve, refilled and properly bled the cooling system, checked for leaks, and got this 3rd Gen 4Runner back up and running. 🔧💪

🔧 Full maintenance refresh!

This 5th gen 4runner came for some much-needed maintenance, and we knocked out a full list of services:

🛢️ Engine oil & filter change
⚙️ Transmission drain & fill
⚙️ Front & rear differential drain & fill
⚙️ Transfer case drain & fill
💧 Power steering fluid flush
🛑 Brake fluid flush

During our inspection, we found the front and rear brake pads were extremely low, so we replaced the front and rear brake pads and rotors to get the braking system back where it needs to be.

And after a big service like this, we like to finish it off right — engine bay pressure washed and cleaned up. 🧼✨

Maintenance isn’t the exciting part of owning a truck, but it’s what keeps it reliable and ready for the miles ahead. 💪

🔧 2nd Gen Tundra Long-Travel CV Axle Refresh

This Tundra came in for a CV boot replacement on both front long-travel axles.

We tore down both axles, removed the old boots and grease, thoroughly cleaned and inspected the CV joints and bearings, repacked everything with fresh grease, and installed new CV boots.

A little preventative maintenance goes a long way, especially on a long-travel setup that gets used the way it should. 🤘

A little more turbo sound for this 3rd Gen Tundra! 💨🔥

We installed an SXTH Element intake along with a blow-off valve spacer kit, giving this Tundra better airflow and a much more noticeable turbo sound. 👌

Simple upgrades that make the twin-turbo Tundra a lot more fun to drive!
