2018 Toyota Sienna 3.5l in Casitas Springs -- This one had a noise at the drive belt, determined it was the idler pulley bearing, got a belt kit ordered up, upon disassembly we found the water pump bearing was also failed and wobbly but not yet leaking. Got a water pump ordered up and came back to install it. Well silly me misread the service manual instructions and after the pump was installed and during pressure testing before putting it all back together, found a leak. Came back again with another new gasket (no additional cost to the customer) and this time all is well, thank you to the customer for being so understanding. Nice and quiet and NO LEAKS! Vacuum filled and pressure tested as always.

2017 Volkswagen Golf in Ojai -- This one had leaking service ports and the AC was blowing warm air. New Schrader valves installed, vacuumed and filled to 18 ounces. 36 degrees at the center vents.

2020 Hyundai Iconiq Hybrid in Ventura -- This one needed a new Hybrid Starter/Generator Belt (akin to a serpentine belt on a regular car but more beefier). Wouldn't you know it, when I went to release the rear tensioner, the piece that the wrench goes on broke right off in my hand. So got a new one of an updated design, OEM Hyundai/Kia shipped out and came back to finish the job. Luckily the old one was still functional so the customer could drive it still if needed before we were able to return. But still, whats right is right and the customer got a free tensioner.
