Welcoming a New Team Member! Please join us in welcoming Jonathan Lee Noel to Hi-Tech PDR as our Southeast Hub Manager for the ATL Market.

Jonathan steps into the Regional Hub Manager role with 12 years of experience as a licensed auto appraiser and project manager. Throughout his career, he has handled CAT weather events with a strong focus on hail, along with total losses, supplements, and high-volume estimating. Last season, he led production at two of the highest-grossing collision centers in the Southeast.

In his new role, Jonathan will educate shops on managing hail claims from start to finish, work closely with insurance carriers, and make sure our technicians maintain the highest level of quality control across the region.

Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys camping, playing music, mountain biking, content creation, and cooking.

This week Hi-Tech PDR ran a hands-on demo for supervisors and managers — not just showing the work, but walking through the calls behind it. What's repairable. What isn't. When PDR saves time and money, and when replacement actually makes more sense.
A few brave folks from the audience even grabbed a tool and tried pushing a dent themselves.
The best part of the day was after each session, when people from every group came up to shake hands and tell us they were taking something useful back to their teams.

Exciting News! We're thrilled to welcome Kristina Karschnia to the Hi-Tech team as a New Business Independent Consulting Specialist, effective April 1, 2026.

Kristina is a seasoned manufacturing executive with a 30-year legacy of leadership at Ford Motor Company and its subsidiaries. Starting her career as a UAW part-time Hi-Lo driver, Kristina rose through the ranks to become Plant Manager and later Vice President of Manufacturing for Troy Design and Manufacturing (TDM). Her career culminated as the New Model Programs Chief of Prototype Operations, where she oversaw complex assemblies for batteries, transmissions, engines, and full vehicle prototypes.

An alumna of Wayne State University (B.S.) and the University of Detroit Mercy (MBA), Kristina balances her technical rigor with deep community roots. Beyond her professional achievements, she serves as President of Mend on the Move, sits on the Board of Regents for Orchard Lake St. Mary's Preparatory, and is a core member of 100 Women Who Care Manufacturing.

In her role at Hi-Tech, Kristina will serve as a Consultant supporting both Hi-Tech PDR and SAS. She will focus on generating new sales and business opportunities, as well as assisting with process methodologies to strengthen new business strategies and processes.

In this position, Alexa provides essential administrative and organizational support across multiple markets, coordinating schedules, managing communications, and helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations for fast-moving regional teams.
Alexa is known for her meticulous approach, strong organizational skills, and ability to keep complex workflows running seamlessly. Her contributions help enable efficient field operations and responsive support for partners and customers.

The new site was built to be cleaner, clearer, and more useful for everyone we work with — from collision centers and insurance partners to OEMs, fleets, dealers, and vehicle owners.

What’s new:

We’re excited to welcome Denys Bobchuk to the Hi-Tech PDR team as a Business Development Associate, effective January 19, 2026.

Denys is an athlete, sales professional, and a business graduate of Spring Hill College. He brings a strong combination of discipline, resilience, and people-first thinking shaped by 13 years as a professional and semi-professional basketball player, along with 4 years of experience as a high-performing business development leader.

Throughout his sales career, Denys has consistently delivered results across multiple industries, including Healthcare and Real Estate. His background in competitive sports has instilled a strong work ethic and accountability, while his ability to build trust, adapt quickly, and master new systems has allowed him to succeed in a wide range of sales environments. He has a proven track record in account acquisition, territory growth, and capital raising, is fluent in three languages, and has set sales records while working with brands like Kia, Applebee’s, and Warner Bros.

Hi-Tech Paintless Dent Repair in Colorado Springs is now operating at:

We moved to the neighboring building, keeping the same area, the same team, and the same core processes — while gaining more space and flexibility.
