Is your check engine light giving you a scare? 👻

That little light can come on for all kinds of reasons — some simple, some more serious. Common causes include a loose or faulty gas cap, bad oxygen sensor, worn spark plugs or ignition coils, catalytic converter issues, or other engine and emissions problems.

Instead of guessing (or hoping the light disappears), bring your vehicle to Dred Auto Service. We’ll diagnose what’s triggering the light and help get to the root of the problem. Don’t let a check engine light haunt you this October. Let Dred check it out! Call 302-562-6623.

Everybody starts somewhere. 🔧 Early in his career, Eldred spent years working on Hondas — learning the ins and outs of them in different shops and even turning wrenches in driveways.

Fast forward to today, and he’s still working on Hondas… just now, he’s doing it in a shop of his own. From working for others and wherever he could get the job done, to building Dred Auto Service from the ground up, the location may have changed, but the dedication to doing the job right never did.

There’s something pretty cool about looking back at where you started and realizing you’re still doing what you love — just under your own name now. Call 302-562-6623 for all your auto repair needs.

🔋 Battery warning light
🔋 Needing frequent jump-starts

Don’t wait until your car won’t start on a chilly morning. Stop by Dred Auto Service and let us check your battery so you’re ready for the cooler weather ahead. Call 302-562-6623.

🍂 Fall temperatures can be all over the place—and your tire pressure can change right along with them! Cooler mornings can cause tire pressure to drop, while warmer afternoons can bring it back up. If your tire pressure light comes on, don’t ignore it.

We can help diagnose tire pressure issues and repair many common problems, including:
🛞 Tire leaks
🔩 Nails or other punctures
💨 Slow air loss

If you’re constantly adding air to a tire, there may be more going on than the changing weather. Bring it by and let us take a look! Call 302-562-6623.
