The iconic three-bay garage at 253 E. Main St., New Holland was built in the 1930s and originally served as a full service Gulf gas station. Stan quickly found the need to focus more on auto repair than gasoline sales and eventually discontinued the three pumps
originally located in the front of the building. With his many years of experience, Stan became a sought after mechanic for street rod own
ers and classic car enthusiasts, owning a 1969 Corvette himself. His son, Stan Graybill II developed a passion for muscle cars, including his own Glacier Blue 1969 Camaro. Stan II started working with his father when he was 15-years old. He received GM factory training and also gained experience working on exotic cars. He is an ASC certified master technician and maintains his knowledge and education by attending state of the art classes on new technology. Eventually, returning to the family business, the Graybills worked side by side for 11 years until Stan retired in 2013. Stan II strives to maintain the quality, dependability, and service established by his father. As a partner with the community he grew up in, he aims to provide great service at a
fair price, while not only repairing a customer’s car, but also educating the owner on all work provided and its necessity. For more than 38 years, Graybill’s Auto Service has provided quality service to the community. That tradition continues today. If you have a question about your car, foreign or domestic, new or high mileage, suped-up or just off the showroom floor, stop in and talk to Stan
