8:46 AM - American Airlines Flight 11 struck the North Tower.
9:03 AM - United Airlines Flight 175 struck the South Tower.
9:37 AM -American Airlines Flight 77 struck the Pentagon.
9:59 AM - The South Tower fell.
10:03 AM - United Airlines Flight 93 crashed near Shanksville, Pennsylvania.
10:28 AM - The North Tower fell.
These are more than times on a timeline.
They mark moments when lives changed forever.
Moments when families lost someone they loved.
Moments when firefighters, police officers, EMS providers, and countless civilians ran toward danger while others were running away.
And the impact did not end that morning.
The loss continues to be felt by families who still carry an empty seat at the table. By survivors who carry memories no one should have to carry. By first responders who answered the call and by those who continue to live with the physical and invisible consequences of that day.
Today, we remember why that call matters.
We remember the 2,977 lives lost on September 11th.
We remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice.
We remember the survivors.
We remember the families.
We remember those who never came home.
And we remember the countless lives that continue to be impacted more than two decades later.
Twenty-five years later, we still remember.
We still honor.
We still carry their stories forward.
