As with most great stories there is a spark that starts a fire. My passion for mechanical devices was ignited over 45 years ago, at the age of eleven, when my father hand sketched a diagram on the basics of how an internal combustion engine worked. Many great teachers and mentors that followed were also influential in cultivating my life long ambitions in motorsports. Throughout my youth I was hea
vily involved in my own racing efforts, and after completing school this passion for performance led to the birth of The Chassis Shop in a small 1,000 sq ft garage. It didn’t take long, and the good news of our customers’ successes grew to span the globe with the use of our custom built race cars and our wide range of innovative products. Our successes have resulted in forging deep associations with some of the greatest names in racing. Now more than three decades later we are still moving forward as leaders in our industry, and our facility houses the latest technologies. I’m also pleased to share that I’m an owner still very involved in all aspects: designing, testing, working closely with customers, on the shop floor, and you might even catch me on the phone. I’m still passionate about making a positive impact in our exciting world of performance motorsports.
