Customer wanted to go with a used alternator due to budget constraints during an emergency repair, so we helped source one for just $40. No matter if a customer is spending a little or a lot, we always provide the same level of quality and care. Since the alternator was used, we made sure to fully test it beforehand and it passed with no issues.

Customer States: Vehicle will not start after fuel pump replacement.

Verified concern upon arrival. Vehicle was cranking but would not start. Performed fuel system diagnostic test by introducing starting fluid into the throttle body; engine started briefly, indicating a likely fuel delivery issue. Advised customer to contact the repair facility that performed the fuel pump replacement to have the work inspected under warranty.
