Finally got this VW wrapped up. It was a big project that took way to long to get done we had many many issues. But we never gave up. It cam in with a bad head it was burnt out around the injector hole. VW threw away his injectors, missing glow plugs, we got replacement injectors and some of those were bad. New glow plugs from VW, new battery new head, gaskets, head bolts, injectors, and a new metering valve. It finally is running great again!

This explorer we got finished up today. It sheared the crankshaft pin. And bent all the valves 😭 we pulled the heads and sent them to Accurate Automotive to get surfaced and all new valves installed. While the heads was there we drilled the crankshaft pin out and installed a new OEM pin and got the heads reinstalled and it's running great

This Yukon had a terrible oil leak and a bad grinding noise.
We replaced the oil pan gasket to stop the oil leak. And the grinding we found the Bendix in the starter had failed and was laying on the flexplate while the truck was running. Replaced the starter and it's good as new thank you!

2 new header gaskets to stop multiple exhaust leaks it still has some but that's for Craig Chapman to deal with 🤣. And it got new valve cover gaskets to stop a major oil leak, and new injector pig tails installed! Thank you for the work

The first 2017 Chrysler Pacifica is done! (We have 2 in the shop for the same issue)
Blown head gasket!
We removed the heads and had them resurfaced by Accurate Automotive . We reinstalled the head with a new head gasket set, new head bolts, completely timing chain system, and all new timing gaskets and a oil change. The vans back to running great!

This truck here 🤦
Someone in town diagnosed it as needing a transmission. Customer then took it to another shop to have a brand new transmission installed.($5,000+) When she got it back the truck still had the same issues. While driving it had a jerking kind of feeling. We drove the truck and the first time we felt it when knew exactly what the issue was. When we got back to the shop we found it had a cylinder 5 misfire. And of course we check the spark plug and it's brand new 🤔 so someone had replaced the spark plug (knowing it had a misfire) we throw a new coil pack on it and the problem is gone! The coil was weak and when it got heat soaked it was very very weak causing a random misfire! Needless to say this customer did not have to spend $5,000+ for a new transmission she simply needed a coil pack. A misdiagnoses happens but when it's something as simple as a misfire and they say it needs a transmission that's a little bit of a crazy misdiagnoses!! Some places need to DO BETTER!

Pacifica- brake pads all the way around and diagnosed a head gasket failure 😭 that's starting next week

A few more back on the road

Excursion- fuel leak we found dirt under the fuel filter seal that was letting it leak

Equinox- front struts, and passenger front brake hose was collapsed replaced them and it's back to driving good!

Black infinity - 1 u joint In The front drive shaft replaced!

VW passat- re seal of the back of the engine and replace the turbo cartridge as it was dumping oil into the intercooler and burning a ton of oil and leaking a bunch!

More Comming out of the shop tommorow! Thank you all for the work!
