Yesterday we also worked on the nice ram.
It came in with hot AC temps after driving for a while. We found the fan clutch had failed we got it replaced and I still wasn't happy with the ac so I checked the evaporator for dirt and it was a little dirty we was able to get it cleaned up and get his truck back to him with nice cold ac!

We also worked on a Chrysler van that "just needed charged"
On it we found the mobile mechanic that worked on it had installed a new ac compressor but when they installed the lines to the compressor they did not remove the old seal and but a new oring over the old seal which caused a massive Freon leak! We removed the wrong o-rings and replaced them with the correct seals to get the ac to work and diagnosed the real problem for the customers rattling noise. We determined it has a broken flex plate. Not a bad ac compressor as a dealership had told them 🤦

On this 2020 f350 we installed a complete puck system in the bed so he can pull his new 5th wheel camper, a new 7 way plug, and to top it off we also installed a S&S Diesel Motorsport DCR injector pump for longevity, reliability, and better sleep at night knowing his fuel system is safe from a disco party!

Wrapped up this nice little motor rebuild. It came in with a knock and left with a little thump 💪.
Comp cams camshafts, new crank,bearings,timing chain set, all new gaskets. And tuning by Newbury Tuning & Performance

Today we installed a new high pressure fuel pump to get rid of another misfire and a few different codes on this equinox.

We also replaced the rear drums and shoes on the red Nissan.

Then replaced both schrader valves in the red mustang and recharged the AC system in the red mustang to get his cold AC back!

Then we found the thermostat housing was leaking on the black f250 7.3 we replaced the housing and gasket on it and refilled it with coolant No more leaks 🙌

AC leaks gone ✅
Coolant leaks gone ✅
Shoes and drums changed ✅
Fuel flowing at high pressures ✅

Customer states: engine has a misfire. 🤦

Upon further examination we found the last mechanic changed the fuel pump. Instead of removing the quick disconnect in the tank for the main fuel line they removed the line off of the quick disconnect 🤦. Luckily we was able to trim the line back and push it on further and use a clamp tite clamp to stop the internal fuel leak! Then we found the fuel gauge was not reading correctly due to the previous mechanic wireing the new fuel pump connector wrong. We corrected both issue now
Misfire gone ✅
Fuel gauge working properly ✅
