Pit Stop Hobbies has been servicing the Central PA hobbyist since 1986. We specialize in R/C cars, boats, helicopters, and airplanes. We also carry model rockets, plastic models, Pine Car Derby supplies, and paints/tools. NORMAL SHOP HOURS & TRACK PRACTICE HOURS (EXCEPT DURING RACE EVENTS):

Attention Racers and spectators alike! The Children's Miracle Network Charity Race is this month, Saturday September 26th!! There will be door prizes, raffles, giveaways, and some legit trophies!! Sponsors items are starting to roll into the shop and some local businesses and supporters are donating gift cards for services and gift baskets for the raffle! Please mark your calendars so we can make this charity race a success!! This will be the last trophy race of the 2026 Pit Stop season!

We also have a club race Friday September 25th including all regular classes plus MINIS so if you want to get some laps in before the big event, come on out Friday night as well! The season is winding down!

Practice for tonight is CANCELLED!
The RACE tomorrow is still on!!

I'll be working on the track tonight to get it ready for the race tomorrow. With heavy storms the last 2 weeks it's in need of dragging, rolling, and stone collection 😞

Registration and practice opens at 8am tomorrow! Racing to begin around 10:30am! See you at the track, it's going to be a beautiful day!! 🏁☀️

Saturday 8/29 is race day!! 🏁 This was an added race to fill in a gap in the schedule so you may not have been aware of it. Logan will be on the mic and the weather is looking beautiful! ☀️

* Note we also have open practice on Friday evening 8/28 from 4-8pm, the lap timer will be on and the track will be open for practice. Cost for practice is $15 per person!

*Friday night club race!! Tomorrow August 14th 🏁 track opens at 4pm for practice and registration, racing kicks off around 6:30! The weather is looking beautiful so come out and enjoy some Friday night racing under the lights at Pit Stop!
