If anyone is interested in a unique space and the bar I had is still in there. This is it. Late Apex Storage Condos has been my home away from home since it was brand new. Would love to see a car collector get this space.

Storefront flex space unit C-14 will become available ~ 10/1/26 as the current tenant has outgrown the space and will be moving into a new building. C-14 has windows and a glass door which face the exterior parking lot and a 14'x14' roll up door accessed inside the gate through the main courtyard. The unit comes with 5 parking spots out front for exclusive use plus there are a small number of unallocated spots for additional flux capacity. The space is just over 2,800 total sf. The unit also has interior access to the common area kitchen/break room and restrooms (see orange markings on attached floorplan) which are not included in that footage. The unit has painted walls and a sealed concrete floor (both will be refreshed prior to move-in). 21' clear ceiling height. $3,675/mos. plus electric utility (no TICAMS).
