Captain Nic was exceptional in his professionalism and expediency along with his personable approach to providing excellent service. His operations team (Natalie) at their main office & dispatch center did a phenomenal job communicating with me and providing updates. I highly recommend using their services and definitely signing up for their annual membership as it’s very inexpensive and when you’re stuck out in the middle of a huge lake they get to you in a very expedient manner and take exceptional care of you as it’s a great “peace of mind” knowing they’ll come get you outta a jam and get your boat or jet ski back to your marina or dock!
