AUTOGRAPH NIGHT CANCELED DUE TO UNFAVORABLE WEATHER FORECAST

Montgomery, Alabama (September 30, 2026) — Due to an unfavorable and unstable weather forecast for this weekend, Montgomery Motor Speedway officials have made the difficult decision to cancel this weekend’s Autograph Night activities.

As a result of the event’s cancellation, Crown Stocks will be added to the lineup for the Alabama State Asphalt Championship on Saturday, October 17th, and will run a single feature that night due to time constraints.

Montgomery Motor Speedway officials have yet to decide on a new date for the Outlaw Late Models’ season finale. Information regarding the Outlaw Late Model division will be released soon.

More information on the Alabama State Asphalt Championship will be released in the days to come. Fans are encouraged to follow Montgomery Motor Speedway‘s social media accounts as well as montgomerymotorspeedway.org to stay informed.

Next up at Montgomery Motor Speedway: Autograph Night!

The evening will feature three feature events between two of our core divisions: the South Alabama Plumbing & Electric Outlaws and the Hometown Automotive Solutions Crown Stocks!

The first Crown Stock feature (20 laps) will serve as their final points race of 2026, with the second feature (15 laps) serving as a non-points event. The 75-lap Outlaw feature will be the division’s last race of 2026 at Alabama’s House of Speed.

To top it all off, we’ll hold a special autograph session for fans to come meet their favorite local racing heroes!

Kids (12 & under): FREE

The Must See Racing Sprint Cars have canceled their upcoming race weekend, but we’ll still be racing at Montgomery Motor Speedway on Saturday, October 3rd.

Legacy Cars have been dropped from the schedule also, but the night will still feature Outlaw Late Models, Crown Stocks, and more action that will be announced shortly.

Jared Maupin has led the way through both rounds of Modifieds of Mayhem practice at Montgomery Motor Speedway.

He sits in third place in the standings heading into tonight’s Fall Brawl 50, just 12 points behind points leader Derrick Griffin and 2 points behind second-place Kevin Peel.

Grant Thompson topped the charts in the first round of Show Me The Money practice, with Weston Marthaler going fastest in the second round.

Next up for the Pro Late Models will be qualifying. Modifieds of Mayhem qualifying will take place at 6:00, and Pro Late Models will follow.
