Celebration dinner last night. 🥩

These guys earned it.

Finished May near the top of the leaderboard and we celebrated the right way—with a great steak dinner at a great restaurant.

But here's the thing about the car business...

Today is June 4th.

The scoreboard resets. Yesterday's hero can become today's zero, and today's zero can become tomorrow's hero.

Enjoy the win. Appreciate the accomplishment. Then get back to work.

Proud to be a small part of your journey and excited to see where you guys end up. Now let's see who's sitting at the top of the leaderboard when June is over.

A huge congratulations to Jake and Chandler. 🥈🥉

These guys completed an 8-day training program, got thrown into the real world of automotive sales, and then went out and earned their results.

What's even more impressive is where they did it.

This isn't a churn-and-burn store. It's a dealership filled with experienced professionals and several heavy hitters who consistently put up big numbers.

To finish 2nd 🥈& 3rd 🥉on that board says a lot about their work ethic, coachability, attitude, and willingness to put in the reps.

As promised, tradition is tradition... when you finish in the Top 3, dinner is on me. We'll be celebrating at Johnny's Italian Steakhouse soon.

Saturday morning Taekwondo class and promotion week is almost here!

We had 14 people willingly (and some coerced) 😅 at Spellious Martial Arts today...a fantastic mix of students ranging from white belts all the way to black belts. 🥋

Different ranks.

Different ages.

Different skill levels.

👉One thing in common: everyone showed up and put in the work! 💪

I always enjoy training alongside my son Zachary Younggren and my brother from another mother, Anthony Lamberson. There's something special about sweating, learning, and growing together. (Lov u2)

As we made our final tune-ups before next Saturday's belt promotion, I couldn't help but smile. Some students are working toward their next color belt, others toward advanced ranks, but we're all chasing the same thing—becoming a little better than we were yesterday....(The Kaizen Way!☯️)

And let's be honest... some of us looked a little more graceful than others out there today. That's okay. Progress has never required perfection—just persistence & Kaizen!

A special shout-out to Addy (aka "Red") and Ashlynn Benson on their first ice breaks! That's one of those moments you'll remember for a long time.

Congratulations to everyone preparing for testing next week. The work has been done. Now it's time to trust your training and go show what you've learned.
