Bought a brand new truck 0 miles 2019 ram 1500 classic ... Came with a terrible vibration, wheels were not balanced, half full tank of gas " don't have this issue at Toyota ,no antenna, they charged me for a bed liner that did not come with the truck, they told me I had to come back Saturday to get installed "I live out of state" I triple checked that they can get me taken care off in one day they said yes. One of the guys up front sales manager with the boss life mask told me there is nothing they can do for me they DNT have the bed liner when I kept asking about the bed liner all I received was eye rolls and additute"I didn't receive that from him when I was buying the truck tho after I snapped on him and started getting loud was one another guy "professional" tall bald pink shirt nice man came in and help me out and then they found a bed liner after I told them to just pull it of a truck on the lot "coincidence" upstairs. Save your self the hassle DNT buy anything from this dealership Alex the sales man was GREAT he helped me when his manager didn't ...... his manager on the other hand offer no solution but rolling his eyes back behind his little safety glass..............and after all that my car is still shaking they sold me a 0 miles lemon ......question is what can they do to make this right being I'm out of state???? Or will this just be pushed under the rug they apologize tru google but have not offered to fix anything
bad experience all around ! First made an online appointment showed up early and was ignored until I complained then sent me to a service rep who treated me as if I was dirt, Very poor and unprofessional customer service skills ,( Perhaps it was because my old jeep was not shiny and new and the vehicle was not purchased at this dealership ), they are incompetent or thieves , I asked them to check my tires for loosing air pressure , i thought it might be a valve stem problem. they said they checked the valve stems and found nothing wrong . They did not proceed further to determine the problem and fix it as asked . .Two days later with their crappy attitude toward me they called to return my car to me , upon arrival I could not locate my service representative until I stumbled upon him by accident . His manner was uncaring , demeaning and outright rude and condescending. His so called customer service expertise directed me to the cashier and he walked away as if my concerns did not matter . I found him to very rude . Upon receiving my vehicle back , I see that three out of four tires were still under inflated , this tells me they charged me for a service they did not do . I voiced my concern to the employee that the tires were low on air he showed no concern at all , nor did he notify anyone to fix the problem he just stood there in silence. There was another issue with the vehicle that was fixed . They never had the courtesy to call me or in any way apprise me of the status of my vehicle I had to call them several times and was treated with disdain over the phone as if I was bothering them.by calling them was an . Inconvenience to him . They simply did not care and were concerned only with my payment . I will never use this dealership again.
