We appreciate all the shares after yesterday’s post — thank you, guys! ❤️
We hear it all the time when things get a little slow: “You guys fix our cars too well, so they’re not always back in your garage!” 😂 And trust us, we appreciate those kind words too! 😬
But the fact of the matter is, social media reach has gotten tough. It’s almost impossible for a small business like ours to reach even our own followers unless a post grabs attention right away, gets reactions and shares to keep the algorithm working — or we pay to boost it.
We also try to post in local Facebook community groups whenever we can to reach more of our neighbors. Unfortunately, we’ve noticed that one of the more “popular” local community connection pages hasn’t been approving our posts for the last few weeks. Not cool! 👎 Especially when local groups are supposed to help connect the community with local businesses.
So again, if you see one of our posts — past or future — a quick share really does help us more than you might realize. It costs nothing, takes a few seconds, and helps a longtime local small business reach people who may need us.
