Introducing Justin: Our Newest Team Member at Assured Auto Works. We are thrilled to welcome Justin to our team. He will be working in the front office to assist customers and also lend his expertise in the shop for repairs as needed.

In his personal time, Justin enjoys creating memories with his son through activities like camping, fishing, dirt biking, and overlanding. His favorite food is tacos and if he could choose any car, it would be the iconic 1987 Buick Grand National GNX.

Justin boasts impressive credentials, being a Level 3 certified Jaguar/Land Rover technician. Additionally, he holds a 609 Refrigerant certification and a High Voltage certification from Tesla. One of his standout achievements was replacing a heater box in a 2021 Land Rover Evoque. As you can see from the photos, this was quite a challenge, as he had to dismantle the entire front of the vehicle to access the A/C blower motor.

Carlos! What can we say about him? Almost everyone knows Carlos, he is an outstanding technician and has been with Assured for a decade, passionately repairing vehicles while enjoying 80s and Latin music. He is an ASE Certified Master Technician and dreams of owning a 1970 Chevy Camaro split bumper. His favorite meal consists of rice and beans, and he loves unwinding with his two lovebirds, playing video games, and going on cruises.

One of Carlos's most notable repairs involved a Dodge Grand Caravan experiencing mysterious electrical issues. After thorough investigation, he discovered that a stuck overhead light switch was causing a parasitic draw. Although the light appeared off, the computer detected it as on, leading to a power drain. The journey to pinpoint the root cause was challenging, but Carlos's determination ultimately led to a successful resolution.
We cannot express enough appreciation for Carlos; he is an exceptional worker, a skilled technician, and an all-around wonderful person.

Oscar is far from a grouch; he radiates positivity and believes that every day at Assured Auto Works is a wonderful day. In his free time, he enjoys collecting Pokémon cards and playing with his new Goldendoodle puppy, Oliver!
His favorite car is the Nissan Skyline GT-R R34, and when it comes to food, he loves chicken prepared in any style—fried, baked, or grilled, just as long as it’s plucked.
Oscar holds ASE certifications in General Automotive Repair, Steering and Suspension, and Brakes. One of his most unforgettable repairs was replacing the engine in a Ford Econoline van.

JD, our long-time Service Advisor, is a true man's man. In his spare time, he enjoys a variety of activities, including dirt biking, riding and restoring antique motorcycles, fishing, hunting, powerlifting, surfing, and cooking. A self-proclaimed foodie, JD appreciates all types of cuisine, but his heart belongs to Carolina and Texas-style BBQ. His favorite vehicle is his dad's 1965 C10 Chevy farm truck, which is shown here with a young JD.
