7.3 Powerstroke is receiving a level 2 twisted diesel transmission installation, along with an upgrade to a 6.0 transmission cooler and 1/2 CNC fabrication transmission cooler lines to ensure optimal cooling performance.

The 2019 6.7 Powerstroke came equipped with a DCR conversion kit and an MPP piping kit, along with no limit fabrication coolant hoses to streamline the engine bay. A potential turbo upgrade is under consideration. 🤞

A major engine makeover is underway for the 6.0 Powerstroke, currently in the shop. We will post updated pictures upon completion of the project.

2012 6.7 Powerstroke came in the shop with a cylinder 3 contribution fault, during a manual compression test we only had 350 psi compared to the other cylinders being around 425-450. During our diagnosis we removed the injector and found it was loose causing compression to leak past into the crank case. New injector installed correctly and customer is back at correct compression.

7.3 Powerstroke in for various upgrades including a level 1 twisted diesel transmission, upgraded CNC 1/2 transmission lines, sfi upgraded flex plate 6.0 Mishimoto transmission cooler upgrade, & a Mishimoto external oil cooler.

2024 6.7 Powerstroke in the shop for a KC Jet-fire turbo installation and crank gear welding to prevent potential spinning under heavy load.
