Hanging out with the cool kids .The corn flys were out in full force but captain Cobb ran em all off when the nitro stared flowing and the pipes began to crackle  . I had a boomer moment and ended up with 25:56 of video of the inside of my pocket instead of the warmup to check for leaks . Check it out August 22 at thunder on the prairie at Coles county dragway.

Brand new DJ quick shifter . It lasted 5 shifts or 1 1/2 1/8 miles passes . When I looked at this aluminum shifter rod verses the steel one I was replacing,
I knew it was probably not going to last . Luckily I found a stock shifter rod in the trailer and was able to make more passes the old fashion way.
